I had the wonderful opportunity to visit the Mezquita last year, and for me it ranks up there in the top 10 amazing churches/temples/etc (along with St.Peter’s Basilica, St. Basil’s Cathedral, etc) that I’ve visited. I felt I had been magically transported into a beautiful and sublime place.
Absolutely – what else makes the list on your top 10 amazing churches/temples?!
